Season Ticket Exchange Policy: Can't make it to a game in your package? Tickets can be exchanged for another current season home game. Exchanges must be performed 48 hours before the originally scheduled game (based on availability). Contact the Chinooks office at 262-618-4659 or email tickets@lakeshorechinooks.com.

• In the event of a rain/weather delay before a game is ruled official (5 innings or 4 ½ innings if home team is leading), all season tickets can be redeemed for any other regular season home game (based on availability).
• Tickets for a postponed or cancelled game will also be good for the rescheduled makeup game.
• In the event a game is cancelled before the gates open, all season tickets can be redeemed for any other regular season home game (based on availability) or the rescheduled makeup game.
  
• In the event of a postponed or cancelled game all tickets can be exchanged at the stadium box office on home game days and the team offices on non-game days.
  
• In the event of a rain/weather delay after a game is ruled official (5 innings or 4 ½ innings if home team is leading), all game tickets are considered used and no refunds will be given out.
